I honestly can't say enough good things about Mina and the team at True North. From the moment you walk through their doors, Mina treats you like part of the family. We went in a few weeks ago to check out a Honda Accord, as we were … More looking specifically for a Honda. That particular car eventually fell through for us, but within that same day, Mina went out of his way to find us another Honda that met (and exceeded) all of our expectations. He was in constant communication with us, checking to make sure he knew all the specs we were looking for in a vehicle. By the end of the day he had found us a different Accord with all the same specs (and a more elevated model) than the one we loved in the first place. By the following day we were able to test drive it, and within the same day Mina had it sent off to be safety certified so he could get it to us as soon as possible. This afternoon, we picked it up and Pish had it ready to go for us as soon as we arrived at the shop. As a team, you can't ask for a better group than the one at True North, and they exceeded our expectations. Came in strangers, left as friends. We'll definitely be back when it comes time to buy our next car!

He listened and respected, when we said we had a couple other vehicles to look at elsewhere, and he wished us luck and hoped to see us back (this is when he gave us his business is great for a, b and c). We went and looked at others and didn't receive the same 'available and yet not pushy service' that I appreciated at True North automobiles, specifically Mina.
The buying process was effortless and he offered me (the bargain hunter) some incentives that made me happy.
Everything happened when he said it would and his coffee espressos were pretty yummy! The enviroment is clean, welcoming and very comfortable.
The man that finished off all the transactions was excellent, accommodating, professional, quick and efficient (wish I could remember his name!) They were always available to answer questions while we waited the couple days for the warranty etc..
I would go back in a heart beat!
